Similarly, we believe in the personal delivery of our service as a means of enhancing value and assuring that the desired results are attained.

Customer Identification Program (CIP) Notice

To help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires all U.S. financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual or institution that opens an account or establishes a customer relationship with WTC International Bank Corporation.

At account opening, WTC International Bank Corp collects all or some of the following information about the customer, which applies to any person, entity, or organization that is opening a new account and whose name is on the account, to include associated persons:

  • Name(s) of the person(s) opening the account; for business, the business name as well as the name of principal director or partner who is responsible for the account and authorized signatories.
  • Address (must be a physical address). PO Boxes are prohibited. For persons other than an individual (such as a corporation or partnership): A principal place of business, local office, or other physical location.
  • Date of birth – Individual.
  • Identification Number – For non-U.S. individuals or entities, must be a TIN or a suitable foreign identification number, such as a passport number, or other government-issued ID number. For U.S. entities, must be a Taxpayer Identification Number.

  • Also, Federal regulation requires us to obtain and verify the beneficial owners and control persons of legal entity customers. Requiring the disclosure of key individuals who own or control a legal entity helps law enforcement investigate and prosecute crimes. Your account may be restricted or closed if we cannot obtain and verify this information.
